(a and b) Neurocom® Computerized Dynamic Posturography (CDP) Equilibrium scores on all six conditions of the Sensory Organization Test (SOT) and the SOT composite (COMP) score between FMR1 premutation carriers and controls in the 60 to 69 year and the ≥ 70 year-old age group. Data is expressed as mean ± SEM. Lower SOT scores signify greater postural sway. Worse performance on conditions 5 and 6 of the SOT reflect the inability to appropriately use vestibular information for the control of balance.
