Human disease model as a framework for the study of ADHD. This framework theoretically models complex human behaviour not available through mouse models for relatively genetically homogeneous populations compared to the study of heterogenic populations with ADHD. The structure of the current review is provided on the Y axis, including the cognitive, behavioural, neural and cellular phenotypes associated with Turner syndrome, Noonan syndrome, and neurofibromatosis type 1
