Topographic representation of the differences between deviant and standard tones across SOAs. An MMN with typical spatial distribution with negativity (blue) over fronto-central scalp and positivity (red/yellow) over the mastoids and posterior scalp is clearly seen in all conditions for the TD group. In the CLN3 disease group, the strongest negativity occurs in the 450 ms and 900 ms SOA conditions, but is substantially reduced with atypical distribution in the 1800 ms SOA condition (Panel C)
